Wow... it's been a really long time. I definitely need to put an update up about life here in the Haan household! I will tell you about our thoroughly wonderful (but way too short) summer soon...
For tonight I just have a prayer request. Meghan is scheduled to have an additional surgery on her arm tomorrow morning over at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak (near Detroit). This is a follow-up surgery that will hopefully give her more flexion in her elbow joint. Her surgeon will be going in and removing some hardware and scar tissue around her elbow. It will hopefully only be a 1-day outpatient surgery with minimal recovery time (sore for about a week, restrictions on usage for 4 weeks, and hopefully no physical therapy needed afterwards).
Please pray for a successful surgery with quick recovery and minimal pain issues. THANKS!
